TECHNICAL AND HOSPITALITY INFORMATION

Load-in for performers is generally 4 hours prior to showtime (unless other arrangments have been made in advance) with sound checks immediately following. Load-in is through the front doors (no stairs, hills or curbs involved) and parking for performers is available in our lot. Soundchecks happen in reverse order of scheduled performances. Advance via email for more specific times.  If you are traveling by bus or Sprinter + trailer, please park along the wall underneath “THE GREY EAGLE” painted on the wall.  Please park as close to the wall as possible, as the rest of the parking lot will be used for concert goers.

HOSPITALITY INFORMATION:

We have one dressing room with private bath, fridge, heating and AC and wifi. We do not have a production office, showers, shore power for buses, or an ice machine. Currently we are prohibited by North Carolina law from having any liquor of any kind on site, but we offer a fantastic selection of beer & wine.  The wi-fi network is “The Grey Eagle” and the password is “livemusic.”  We have a fantastic in-house restaurant and provide delicious meals to performers when contracted to do so.  We do not offer meal “buy outs.”  Please visit The Taqueria page for more information on our fantastic restaurant.  We offer a wide selection of carnivorous, vegetarian and vegan meals to appease most anyone’s dietary needs.
